Bitget USDT: The Cheapest Network Isn't the Fastest
Every other guide on this site compares networks by fee alone. That misses something Bitget’s own API also publishes: how many blockchain confirmations it waits for before your withdrawal actually lands. Cheapest and fastest turn out to be two different questions — and for USDT on Bitget, they have two different answers.

The trade-off
Plasma is the cheapest network by a wide margin — but Bitget waits for 200 confirmations before crediting it, the most of any network on this list. TRC20 sits at the other end: needs only 3 confirmations (about 67× fewer), but it’s one of the priciest options.
Confirmation count isn’t the same thing as wall-clock time — different blockchains produce blocks at different speeds, so 200 confirmations on one chain and 3 on another don’t necessarily mean a 60x difference in minutes. But it’s the one concrete number Bitget’s own systems expose about how long they’ll make you wait, and it moves in the opposite direction from the fee often enough that “cheapest” and “soonest” are worth checking separately.
When this actually matters
If you’re moving funds you don’t need immediately, the cheapest network is still usually the right call — you’re paying for speed you don’t need. If you’re moving funds to catch a time-sensitive trade or deposit deadline elsewhere, the confirmation count is the number to check first, even if it costs a bit more.
